Manuel Ortega is a student, currently finishing his BA in political science. He was born and raised in France but decided to travel abroad after his high school diploma. Since then, he has been living in Granada, Madrid (Spain) and also in London (UK). He enjoys his academic studies, especially in International Relations, and is thrilled by today's big issues shaping global politics, such as the organization of our international institutions such as the World Bank or the United Nations. Since 2011, Manuel is also member of Soliya, an international NGO, promoting cross cultural understanding among muslim and western societies, and also the raise of “citizen journalism” across the world. He likes to travel, shoot documentaries with his friends from film school and open his perspectives to other cultures through endless discussions with foreign students.
My name is Valentin Noujaim. I’m a 21 years old student in political sciences in France. I was born in Angers, a little town on the west coast of France. I’ve been studying in Paris for 1 year and then in Lille for 3 years now. Lille is in the north of France, next to Belgium. I’m studying political sciences and international relations with a major in cultural projects. I’ve been participating at 2 NMUN in New-York City with my school and I’ve been enjoying it a lot. I really like to debate with other students and to learn from them. Working on international relations is one of my favorite things at school. I also love cinema and music, photography and travelling. I am very pleased and excited to work at the MUN of Baku in October. Looking forward to seeing you soon !
